White Chicken Chili with Cream Cheese

INGREDIENTS

• 2-3 chicken breasts cut up in to small pieces
• 8 oz block of cream cheese
• 15-ounce can black beans rinsed and drained
• 15-ounce can corn undrained
• 15-ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilis undrained
• 1 pkg ranch dressing mix seasoning
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 Tbsp milk

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large stock pot on the stove, cook your cubed chicken over medium heat until done.
2. Lower to medium heat, and add in remaining ingredients.
3. Stir until cream cheese has melted, and heated through.
4. Serve warm.
