fresh peaches or 1 can (28oz) peaches, drained

nonfat plain yogurt

sugar

fresh orange juice (~3 oranges)

pineapple juice

Tbsp
lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Puree the peaches in a food processor.
- Add yogurt, orange juice, pineapple juice and sugar.
- Blend until smooth with an immersion blender.
- Refrigerate until serving.
