Garlic Roasted Asparagus with Lemon Drops

INGREDIENTS

1.5 pounds asparagus

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 small garlic clove, pressed

1 lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Trim asparagus spears and then lay out on aluminum foil (~3 pieces). Drizzle with the olive oil.
- Press the garlic and then rub the oil and garlic over the asparagus. Sprinkle with salt.
- Wrap up the foil packets and cook over grill for about 15 minutes until tender with brown in some spots, turning as needed.
- If using oven, bake at 400F for 12-15 minutes instead.
- Open the foil and sqeeze drops of lemon over the asparagus.
