INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350 and grease bottom only of muffin cups.
  2. Combine ingredients.
  3. Pour into muffin cups and bake until muffins are slightly puffed and golden brown, about 25 minutes.

NOTES

The biggest complaint I’ve heard is that these muffins needed more spice. You might want to be use more than the recommended amount!
