INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Brown meat in oil, place meat and juice in a large pot.
  2. Add water, worcestershire, onion, salt, sugar, pepper, paprika, and allspice.
  3. Place garlic and bay leaves in spice ball and place in pot.
  4. Cover and simmer 1.5 hours; Add water as desired.
  5. Rmoeve spice ball, add carrots and celery.
  6. Cover and simmer ~30 minutes
  7. Add potatoes and simmer 20-30 minutes.
  8. To thicken, mix 1/4 cup water with cornstarch and add to pot.
  9. Cook until bubbly and serve.
