INGREDIENTS

1 lb Chiappetti Unseasoned meatloaf blend (Woodmans?)

2 eggs
-
2 pieces bread, finely chopped

1 pkg dry onion soup mix (can use 1/2 to cut sodium)

Handful finely chopped onion
-
Handful shredded parmesan
-
Dash of Worchestershire
-
Cracked black pepper to taste
-
Ketchup for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Beat eggs, add all other ingredients - meat last.
- Mold into bread pan, top with ketchup.
- Bake covered for 90 minutes at 350F.
- Uncover and sprinkle with a little more Parmesan for last 10 minutes of bake time.
