Chili-lime roasted Corn on the Cob

INGREDIENTS

Juice of 1 lime

2 Tbsp oil

1 tsp chili powder

salt and pepper

2 ears of corn, husked

2 squares of aluminum foil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix lime juice and spices and then drizzle over the corn, saving a little to spread on after cooking.
- Rub the marinade in and then wrap the foil tightly around the corn. Cook for 8-10 minutes turning occasionally to cook evenly.
