INGREDIENTS

2 cups salt

32 cups water

1 turkey, giblets removed
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix salt/water in a large bucket
- Submerge turkey in bucket for 4-6 hours. Keep chilled.
- Place a wire rack over a large baking sheet.
- Remove turkey from bucket, rinse under cool water, drain, and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place turkey on rack and refrigerate for 8 hours, uncovered.
