5 lbs bonless, skinless chicken breast

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp coarse sea salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat thte oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the chicken on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 40 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165F and the juices run clear when cut.
