Chai Tea Mix

INGREDIENTS

2 cups milk powder

1 cup vanilla non-dairy creamer

2 cups powdered sugar

2 cups instant tea

3 tsp ginger

3 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp cloves
-
2 tsp cardamom
-
2 tsp nutmeg
-
2 tsp allspice
-
1 tsp white pepper
-
1 tsp anise, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pulse in blender to create uniform grain.
- Store in an airtight jar (should keep for 6-12 months).
NOTES
2 Tbsp per 8oz hot water, or to taste.
