Southern Pecan Pie

INGREDIENTS

• 3 eggs
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup dark corn syrup
• 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup pecan halves
• 1 9" unbaked pie shell

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, salt, syrup and melted butter.
2. Add pecans.
3. Pour into unbaked shell.
4. Bake at 350 F for 50 minutes or until knife/toothpick comes out clean.
