INGREDIENTS
Crust

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup sugar

Sprinkle w/ cinnamon if wanted
Cream Cheese Layer

8oz cream cheese
-
2 eggs
-
3/4 cup sugar
Filling
-
1 large can Pumpkin
-
2 small packages Instant Vanilla pudding
-
3/4 cup milk
Pumpkin Pie Spice
-
3 Tbsp cinnamon
-
2 tsp ginger
-
2 tsp nutmeg
-
1 1/2 tsp all spice

1 1/2 tsp cloves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine crust ingredients in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon if wanted.
- Whip cream cheese, eggs, and sugar and pour over crust. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
- Filling: Whip pudding and milk. Add pumpkin when thickening. Add 8oz cool whip and some cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice if wanted
- Add layer of cool whip on top.
