INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. In a large bowl, combine filling ingredients. Mix well and pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 425F. Reduce oven temp to 350F and continue baking for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
  4. Cool pie before cutting. Garnish with whipped topping and nuts, if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

NOTES

If using 12 oz can evaporated milk, add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
