1 bunch green onion, chopped

1 can (4oz) chopped green chili pepper

4 clove garlic, mince

14.5oz chicken broth

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp salt

Juice of 1 lime

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 pkg (10oz) corn
-
1 can tomatillos
Garnish

Chopped cilantro
-
Sliced avocado
-
Minced green onion
-
Sour cream
-
Shredded Monterey Jack
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toss the first group of ingredients in the crock pot and simmer until hot (1-2 hours). Serve hot with with garnish. Great with tortilla chips.
