all purpose flour

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375F; grease 8" square pan (or cast iron skillet).
- Melt butter in large skillet.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
- Add eggs and beat until blended.
- Combine baking soda with buttermilk and add mixture to pan.
- Stir in cornmeal, flour and salt until few lumps remain.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake for 30-35 min; a toothpick placed into center should come out clean.
NOTES
All mixing can be done via mixer, doesn't have to be in skillet.
