INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Brown meat in oil, place meat and juice in large pot.
  2. Add water, worcestershire, onion, salt, sugar, pepper, paprika, and allspice.
  3. Place garlic and bay leaves in spice ball and place in pot.
  4. Cover and simmer for 1.5 hours; add water as desired.
  5. Remove spice ball, add carrots and celery.
  6. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Add potatoes and simmer 20-30 minutes.
  8. To thicken, mix 1/4 cup water w/ cornstarch and add to pot
  9. Cook until bubbly and serve.
