INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Brown beef on stovetop with onion.
  2. While meat is cooking, combine cream of mushroom soup and sour cream in a bowl.
  3. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add shredded cheese.
  5. When meat is almost fully cooked, deglaze the pan with white wine.
  6. Then add three heaping handfuls of chopped kale to the pan, mix well, and let it simmer/wilt for a few minutes (lower heat a bit).
  7. Mix meat/kale mixture with soup mixture and pour into a glass baking pan (9x13 works).
  8. Top with tater tots, cooking uncovered at 375F for about 30 minutes (until tots are cooked).
