INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients, oil and egg yolks. Stirring constantly, gradually add Honeyweiss. Cover bowl and refrigerate mixture for a minimum of 3 hours.
  2. Just before frying, fold beaten egg whites into mixture - first a small amount to lighten the mix and then add the remainder.
  3. Pat fish filets dry in paper towels. Season filets liberally and evenly on both sides with garlic salt and lemon-pepper. Then dip filets into the batter one at a time.
  4. Fry fish in oil until golden brown on both sides.
