Garlic Roasted Asparagus with Lemon Drops

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Trim asparagus spears and then lay out on aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Push the garlic through a press and then rub the oil and garlic over the asparagus. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Wrap up the foil and cook over grill for about 15 minutes until tender and browned in some spots (turning as needed).
  4. Open the foil and squeeze drops of lemon over the asparagus. (We ended up dividing the asparagus into three packets to make it easier to work with).
