Garlic Roasted Asparagus with Lemon Drops

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb asparagus

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 small garlic clove

1 lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Trim asparagus spears and then lay out on aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Push the garlic through a press and then rub the oil and garlic over the asparagus. Sprinkle with salt.
- Wrap up the foil and cook over grill for about 15 minutes until tender and browned in some spots (turning as needed).
- Open the foil and squeeze drops of lemon over the asparagus. (We ended up dividing the asparagus into three packets to make it easier to work with).
