Chocolate Silk Pie

1 1/2 cups (about 18) finely crushed oreos

Filling

1-ounce squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted, cooled

refrigerated egg substitute

INSTRUCTIONS
- To prepare the crust, stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Press onto the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- To prepare the filling, combine sugar and butter in a small bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping the bowl often, until well mixed. Add melted chocolate and continue beating, scraping the bowl often, until well mixed. Add egg substitute and beat until light and fluffy.
- Spoon the filling into the crust. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
- Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls, if desired. Store in the refrigerator.
