INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Stick one corner of a gallon freezer bag into a pint glass.
  2. Pour in the oil, and add the spices directly on top. Mash up the bag corner a bit to mix the oil/spices.
  3. Salt the chicken before adding it to the oil/spices
  4. Add the chicken and knead it a bit to coat on all sides.
  5. Let marinade for 1-36 hours.
  6. Roast/Grill/Saute/Air-Fry the chicken.
  7. Roast: Cover a sheet pan in foil and roast for 10-13 minutes at 450F.
  8. Grill: Keep thighs whole and cook for 5-7 minutes per side
  9. Air-Fry: Put marinated chunks in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 400F. Line the fryer tray first.
